Curriculum

The TSC curriculum has been developed by some of the highest-level trainers in Italy, and covers all of the components of soccer: physical, technical, tactical and psychological. Led by Vincenzo, Fabrizio, and the entire TSC staff, our challenging and fun program will teach each athlete everything he needs to know to master the game of soccer—from defense to offense to understanding team tactics like the 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 to 5-4-1.
Some areas that will be covered throughout each session via drills and activities like :

  • Man to Man Marking: A defensive system where defenders are designated one attacking player to track continuously.
  • Zone Defense: A defensive system where defenders mark a designated area of the field of play instead of tracking players across the field.
  • Offside Trap: A technique used by defenders to put attacking players in an offside position. Defenders move quickly away from their own goal to create a situation in which attackers are in advance of the ball.
  • Push Up: Moving the defense out and up-field towards the offensive half of the field.
Striker: An attacking player whose job is to finish attacking plays by scoring a goal.
